Get the kids off the couch this summer! This class is a fun and effective introduction to fitness and sports training for youngsters. Divided into developmental appropriate age groups, youngsters will learn how to improve coordination, running form and speed development, endurance, agility, strength and flexibility. Fitness Impact is an opportunity for youth to have fun and get fit.
