You will have personalized instruction from a Certified Trainer/Performance Coach who specializes in individual program design, cross training, and outdoor fitness activities (rock climbing, scuba diving, water sports and conditioning, camping, etc.) to reach your goals, expand your level of fitness and to put you on a path to living a healthy active lifestyle.
