The age group for the Impact Kids program is between two and six years of age. We introduce these youngsters to the world of fitness, a playground with instruction. We focus on balance, coordination, agility, patience, and sharing with others (team work). There is a lot of running, jumping, throwing, tumbling, and climbing with these youngsters to assure that they are getting a good workout, having fun and building confidence. Impact Kids Training is four weeks, two sessions a week.
