Fitness Impact

Long Bach Poly High School was awarded the #1 rated athletic high school of the Century by Sports Illustrated. Poly has produced more professional athletes than any other high school in the country and currently has more players in the NFL than any high school in the country. Poly has athletes playing collegiate sports all across the USA and is committed to producing scholars and champions. Poly averages twenty-five athletic scholarships a year ranging from its power house programs football, track, girls basketball to soccer, volleyball, boys basketball and baseball.

Academically Poly is one of the states top high schools; with its graduating students going on to some of the best colleges in the country like: MIT, Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Georgetown, and Stanford just to name a few.

Having been at Poly for the last 17 years as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, I’ve had the privilege of training and developing work ethic and determination in some of the best high school athletes in the country.
