With all the programs that we offer here at FI, our Kids Sports Training (KST) program gives our staff that wonderful feeling and gratitude of being a professional trainer and having the opportunity to be in this industry. While we enjoy training kids and the training we provide is fun for the kids, 90% of the kids that we train excel in their sport and in the class room. The kids that we are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to train must have at least passing grades in school before we train them. The training is focused on building a solid foundation in core strength, balance, running form, agility, eye hand coordination, speed (forward, lateral, change of direction) and strength. Along with the physical training we also spend a great deal training the mental part of their game (focus, confidence, discipline, work ethic, and mental strength). We put our kids in the best possible situation to excel in their sport. Once they have a solid foundation in the areas above they are invited into the Sports Training Academy. Program

Kids Sports Training is four weeks, two sessions a week.
