Fitness Impact

FAMILY-The Family Section is Brown and the brown represent the soil and earth. We understand without a solid foundation (family and or friends) growth is extremely difficult. Our family keeps us grounded, humble, and
whole.

HEALTH- The Health Section is Green and green represents vegetation and growth. When we talk about health we’re talking about Physical Health, Mental Health and Financial Health. With a solid foundation it’s easier to grow healthy physically and mentally, but like vegetation one must have nutrients, positive energy, adaptability to environment, and room to flourish. Financial health is having the means to help others grow.

SPIRIT-The Spirit Section is Gold and gold represents sun and light. Spirit is whatever shines a light on ones life and gives him or her joy and inner peace. We understand with a solid foundation (Family) and (Health) it possible to do the work of your Spirit, with Value, Integrity, and Joy.
